Jim is a character actor who studied theatre and film at Indiana University. He spent several years in Chicago training as a stuntman under John Hicks Pearce, and helped develop The Chicago Stunt Team. He also attended and managed The Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts for several years.

Jim’s early film work started with precision driving for Nora Ephron’s film Michael. He has has been seen in Marvel’s The Gifted, ABC’s Kevin Probably Saves the World, Netflix House of Cards and Ozark, CBS’ The Inspectors and NBC’s Chicago P.D. along with the NatGeo TV Movie Killing Reagan, to name a few.

He has also had the pleasure of working on several independent features opposite some great talent such as Columbus with John Cho (Star Trek) and Parker Posey (Lost in Space), Reparation with Jon Huertas (This is Us) and Marc Menchaca (Ozark), and opposite Emmy winner Margo Martindale in Zack Parker’s film Scalene.
Jim currently resides in Atlanta, working in the growing entertainment industry as an actor, editor, photographer, and instructor.
